The Board is formed

April  30, 2005

Saturday April 30, 2005 marked the dawn of a new youth and family Bible conference organization.  A group of friends meeting at Providence OPC in Glassboro NJ became a board.

  During the course of the meeting many items where discussed. A Constitution was adopted and board members were elected. Executive committee members where nominated and elected consisting of a Chairman, Vice Chairmen and a Secretary-Treasurer.

  The meeting was adjourned briefly for dinner. Following dinner, website formation, music copyright and youth camp preparations were discussed. The meeting adjourned with much thanks to all present for their efforts and involvement.
