Board Meets

April 17, 2007

On Saturday April 17, 2007  the Board of Conestoga Bible Conference met to transact conference business, this Meeting took place at Grace OPC Westfield NJ with 4 of 6 members in attendance.  Among the items on the agenda Was the elections of  treasurer and Secretary along with standing committee reports. Approval of additional dates and directors for2007 schedule.

Copies of the Duties manual revision were handed out along with the mission a vision statements for the board to review

Elections The current treasurer and secretary were reelected to another term that ends April 30, 2010

The spring conference was added for May 18-21, 2007 and discussion of adding other conferences followed.

Meeting adjourned with prayer
