Board Meets

December 30 , 2006

On Saturday December 30, 2006  the Board of Conestoga Bible Conference met to transact conference business, this was a conference call with 5 of 6 members in attendance.  Among the items on the agenda Was the treasurers and directors reports along with standing committee reports. Approval of the dates and directors for 07 schedule.

Treasure reports all bills paid and we continue to see an increase in giving which has been very helpful and the treasurer expressed thankfulness for each and every gift and giver.

Public relations reported positive feed back from Church meet and greets.  That the use of a informational poster board has be very affective. The conference has been mentioned in some Christian publications and the website is working well.

Conference manuals committee reports that the Duties Manual update and Book of Disciple are progressing well and will be completed soon.

Conference directors report was positive and highlighted a wonderful Jr. High and Men's and women's retreat. A good time was had by all and the Word was presented in a powerful way. The director was very grateful for all the work done by the Kitchen staff the speakers and the chaperones. To God be all the Glory.

The Dates and Directors for 2007 was approved as posted on the website. with the addition of one new assistant director.

Some correspondence was addressed at the meeting among other issues. One item addressed was the setting up of a conference phone number. one number where you can get information instead of the current 2 numbers that are in place now.
