Board MeetsApril 22, 2006 On Saturday Night April 22, 2006 the board of directors met. This was a Conference call meeting. 5 board members where present with one absent. The treasurer reported that all expenses are paid to date. And that the donations to the conference have increased to which the treasurer was very thankful to the Lord for his provision. Also the board is thankful to all the individuals and churches who have provided financial gifts and all who have prayed for this work. An election was held to elect a new chairmen due to the current chairmen's term was to expire in May. The floor was opened to nominations. It as moved that we cast a white ballot and nominations be closed and that the current Chairmen of the Board be re-elected. Motion was seconded, Chairmen accepted with no nays. Two advisors where added to the board one male teen advisor bringing the Teen Advisory Board to 3 (2 male 1 female). There also was an addition of A financial advisor who has a BA in business management and marketing. Many other items where discussed including items of preparation for the 2006 Summer Conference, July 31 - August 5, The theme is "Waklin in the Light"- The Gospel of John. Two pastors are confirmed with the possibility of 2 additional teachers.
