The Board | Meetings | News |Contact the Board| A note of thanksThe Board expresses our thanks for the many prayers, notes of encouragement, item donations, and financial support that has been generously expressed in 2007. We are encouraged by the growth of this organization over the last 3 years and we look with great expectation to see what God has in store for us in 2008. To God be all the glory, great things he hath done! The BoardThe Board is currently comprised of 6 persons. According to Article IV & Article V of the CBC constitution “The officers of the board must be members in Good standing of a reformed Church with fifty percent of the total number ordained.” “The board of Directors shall annually elect a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary-Treasurer.” All officers serve for a 3 year term. Note the Secretary and Treasurer are two distinct offices. MeetingsThe Board meets at least twice annually to conduct conference and corporate business. All meetings are open to visitors, unless in an executive session.
